Who: Men & Women in reentry and recovery

Ananeo provides shared room services in order to make life as affordable as possible. We couple housing with recover programming and coaching to make this opportunity as effective as possible. Clients can be confident that they will only have one other roommate per bedroom.

Unit Details

1 or two bedroom units which each have one bathroom, a large common space, and a fully functional kitchen.

*all rooms occupied by two clients (shared rooms)

Intake Process:

Please click “apply” button and complete the form provided. Once submitted, call our Hotline number provided on the home page. This number will give you options to connect with an intake specialist at each of our residences. Our team will schedule a time for you to come to the residence to complete and intake. Upon arrival intake clients will be required to provide a UA and work through both a Residential Intake and a Clinical Intake. We typically have availability so intakes can be scheduled and completed on demand!

Admission Criteria:

The potential client must:

  • Be admitted voluntarily

  • Must Provide a UA upon screening

  • If client is intoxicated with an opioid or other drug which is either anticipated to result in significant withdrawal symptoms or has other side effects which Ananeo is not medically or otherwise equipped to support, than individual will be referred to an appropriate facility (detox), but may return to Ananeo for housing at a later date if they meet the criteria at that time.

  • Be medically stable.  An individual can have any manner of medical complication so long as it is actively being addressed by the proper outside provider;

  • Have adequate control over their behavior and not be imminently dangerous to self or others;

  • Express a desire to recover from addiction to drugs or alcohol;

 If an individual is not in recovery and does not suffer from addiction, they are welcome in the program; however, they must agree to abide by the same house rules and procedures concerning monitored sobriety.

  • Have the capacity for active participation in all phases of the program;

  • Be ambulatory and meet personal needs without assistance from Ananeo; this includes the ability to maneuver oneself up and down steps on a regular basis; and

  • Have adequate resources to pay for the program or an adequate funding source lined up.

This is a general requirement for all clients, for the purposes of the competency population who would be the beneficiaries of this funding, funds from this grant would fulfill this requirement.

 

EXCLUSION CRITERIA The potential client cannot:

  • Have clinical manifestations that meet criteria necessitating a more intense level of care (e.g. acutely psychotic or a danger to self or others);

  • Have severe permanent deficits in recent memory, attention, concentration, causing them an inability to attend effectively to activities of daily living and whose cognitive impairment prevents them from understanding and participating in the program, unless they are receiving specific mental health treatment to address this specific deficiency with an organization that is working with Ananeo; or

  • Have ongoing medical issues, which require a more intensive level of monitoring and care than can be provided by Ananeo, and which are not being actively monitored and cared for by a different provider.

  • Ananeo currently can not place applicants with Sex Offenses into our residences, if your applicant has a Sex Offense please inquire directly.

  • Arson. This needs to be declared so that we can discuss the nature of the arson charge. Ananeo does hold the right to accept or deny applicants with Arson Charges.


RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are accepted with fees and first months rent being paid ahead of intake.

REFUNDS:

All fees and rental payments are non-refundable. Ananeo holds no responsibility for our strict policies and procedures being broken by clients, or the termination of a lease.
